Preparation time: 20 minutes

 

Ingredients
350 g chicken liver / 2 tbsp. tablespoons of Black Gold / 5 cl of liquid or fresh cream / 5 shallots / 35 g of butter / Salt

 

Instructions

- Prepare the sauce

- Slice the shallots.

- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.

- Add the shallots and sauté until translucent.

- Add the cream and the Or Noir.

- Add salt and bring to the boil.

- Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

 

Cooking the liver:

- Cut the liver into thick slices.

- Melt the remaining butter in another pan over high heat.

- Add the liver and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through.

Serve the liver with the sauce.
