Not happy with your product? First of all, we're very sorry. At Maison Boteh, we are committed to satisfying the customers who have placed their trust in us.
This is why, if the product received does not conform to the order, from the date of receipt, you have 3 working days to contact us and inform us of the problem.
At the customer's request, Maison Boteh undertakes to return the product ordered at its expense. If Maison Boteh is out of stock and unable to supply the product ordered, the customer will be offered either a similar product or a refund of the original product.
