Preparation time: 40 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Melt butter and honey until liquid.
- In a bowl, sift the flour, spices and yeast.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter with the honey, milk and jam, then add this mixture to the dry mixture and stir in the sugar.
- Butter and flour your mould well, then add a little jam to the bottom before pouring in the mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes to 1 hour in the fan assisted oven.
- For an even more delicious treat, use a piping bag filled with our "Le Pain d'épices" jam to make small holes in the cakes, then fill them with the bag.
- Leave to cool and enjoy!
